Ishimaru & Associates was founded in 1997 to support the needs of clients in the electronic / semiconductor / information technology / biotechnology spaces, with a focus on patent prosecution and litigation. By leveraging our unique background as lawyers and agents who also understand technology from an engineer’s perspective, we now assist clients from new technology start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations with a broad range of legal challenges, including copyright, trademark, licensing, transactions and corporate structuring in the U.S., Japan, China and around the world..
Our service team includes patent attorneys, patent agents, engineers, scientists, as well as litigation, corporate and transaction attorneys with experience reaching back to 1965. Members of Ishimaru & Associates have also served in executive and senior-level management positions with major multi-national corporations.
